Public Allies of Delaware

Public Allies Delaware (PADE) advances new leadership to strengthen communities, nonprofits and civic participation. PADE is currently assembling an entirely new local advisory board to take their 16-year old program to the next level of prominence. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a whole new model of board development. They have created the entire board structure around PADE’s mission, vision and values. The board is a young (average age = 39), diverse powerhouse board, supported by a seasoned founder’s board. Please contact Tina Morrow (302.573.4438) with any interest or questions. More information on the Public Allies program can be found at www.publicallies.org Officers The officers shall consist of a Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary/Treasurer, each elected to serve a two-year term. Officers may serve two consecutive terms. If the Chair position is vacated, the Vice-Chair assumes the position until the term is completed or another Chair is elected. Board Meetings The full Board will meet 4-6 times per year. Teams are expected to meet more frequently, sometimes together. Teams Each Board member serves on at least one team.
